Can I immigrate to Canada?

Immigration to Canada starts with application for permanent resident status. There are different requirements to be met under each category. The four main categories are:

  • Family class
  • Economic category
  • Humanitarian and Compassionate category
  • Refugees

Not everyone is allowed to come to Canada. Some people are inadmissible for a number of reasons: financial reasons, security concerns, criminality, health grounds, misrepresentation or by simply having an inadmissible family member.

What are your professional fees?

Fees vary on each individual’s application(type) on a case by case basis.
These fees are different from Government fees.
We charge a $160 consult fee that is credited towards your the legal fee when you retain our services.
